Global Instant Source, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, is operating the website www.bookmykamwali.com. This page states the terms of use ("Terms & Conditions" / "Terms") under which you ("You" / "Your") may use BookMyKamwali.com, an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities and user resumes ("BookMyKamwali.com" or "Web Site").

By using BookMyKamwali.com, You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms & Conditions for 24 hours live-in maid service.

1. The membership shall be valid for contract period. During this time GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE will provide all possible help, as required.

2. You shall make payment of Registration Charges + Railway Ticket Expense / Air Ticket Expenses + Bus Ticket Expense + VISA (if required), immediately to GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE.

3. Every month the client should pay staff's salary to the worker. 10days salary should however be with-held.

4. Every Client have to show their Id & Address proof and Passport, VISA (if required) also.

5. For discontinuation of any personnel, 30 days notice is to be given to GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE during which time replacement will be arranged.

6. You are eligible for 1 replacement, after the first person reports. (Within contract period).

7. There shall be no violation of basic human rights of person working at your place.

8. You shall give a breakfast consisting of Rotis and a sabzi (vegetables) should be given. Lunch and Dinner with Rotis / Rice, a bowl of dal and a sabzi (vegetables) is compulsory. Non-Vegetarian food is not compulsory. Please ensure that the workers are not given any stale food for if she falls sick then it's a problem for both GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE and our clients.

9. As human beings they too need food and rest. So make sure they get to eat and a chance to sleep or rest too! However if there is a special occasion being celebrated in the house, then for that day or on those occasions a late night is acceptable and the maid too will not object.

10. Personal items of the maid to be supplied by client e.g. Oil, Soap & Toothpaste etc.

11. While in the employment of the client, if the worker suffers from any health problem, then the client has to pay for preliminary treatment. However, in case of a major illness, GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE shall help the client to send the worker back home. In case of an accident resulting in injury to the worker while working for the client, the client shall pay the entire cost of treatment.

12. If the client is dissatisfied with the worker's performance, replacement shall be provided, for which GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE may take some time. A worker should normally work for 6 months to 12 months at a stretch without taking leave. Before getting replacement, client is bound to release the previous worker. b) However sometimes due to religious festivals / election / bandh / natural calamities like flood which in turn causes water logging / before pujas, / Poush (15th Dec – 15th Jan ) and Chaitra (15th March to 15th April ) may delay the process. No money will be refunded or adjusted.

13. On completion of the contract period you shall have to make ticket and arrange for personnel to return back.

14. Whilst reasonable checks are made based on worker's ration card, voter id card and local councilor's letter, it is not practically possible for GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE to guarantee that the worker is either medically fit in all respect nor that the worker will not commit any misdeed, including theft, at the client's premises GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE can therefore not be responsible for any misdeed including theft alleged to have been committed by the worker at the client's premises and accordingly cannot compensate the client in any manner whatsoever. Accordingly, any police diary /FIR etc should be lodged by the client directly against the worker.

15. You must verifies the worker's antecedents by requesting GLOBAL INSTANT SOURCE to provide photo copies of the worker's Passport/ Voter ID / Aadhar Card and Photograph. Additionally you must conduct a police verification of the worker or take such other measures to check the worker's antecedents as the client deems fit.

When you hire a maid or any other candidate from Bookmykamwali.com or Global Instant Source, it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document.
